• Order Data: Customer name, shipping address, phone number, and order items. This is required solely to send the verification message.

We use your data for one purpose only: to verify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• To trigger automated WhatsApp verification messages via the Meta API.
• To update order tags (e.g., “Verified” or “Cancelled”) in your Shopify Admin.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party advertisers.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

To provide our service, we share data with the following trusted partners:

• Shopify: To sync order status and tags.
• Meta (WhatsApp): To transmit the verification message to the end customer.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data transmission happens over secure HTTPS encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
