Billing & Credits

Do credits expire?

Never. Your credits are yours. If you buy a pack today and don’t use it for 6 months, they will still be there waiting for you.

Are there monthly fees?

No. We operate on a strict Pay-As-You-Go model. You only pay for the credit packs. There are no hidden subscription charges.

How much does one order cost?

For Indian numbers (+91), it costs 1 Credit per verification message. For International numbers, it costs 5 Credits due to higher WhatsApp carrier fees.

How It Works

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API?

No. You use our pre-approved ConfirmCOD infrastructure. You can install the app and start verifying orders in 2 minutes without waiting for Meta verification.

What happens if a customer doesn’t reply?

If a customer ignores the message, the order remains tagged as “Unverified” in your Shopify dashboard. You can then choose to manually call them or cancel the order.

Will this slow down my website?

Absolutely not. Our script runs after the order is placed (on the Thank You page), so it has zero impact on your store’s loading speed or conversion rate.

Support & Refunds

What if I run out of credits?

We will send you an email alert when your balance drops below 50 credits. If you hit zero, verifications will pause until you top up.

Can I get a refund?

If the app doesn’t work for you, contact us within 7 days of your first purchase. We will refund your unused credits, no questions asked.
